When I train sometimes I let opportunities to sweep pass me by thinking a better opportunity will present its self later, I will wait for that one. In the finals I had a few moments where I had an oppotunity to capitalize and I didn’t. I thought a better opportunity would come along and it never materialized. I ended up losing. Just like in life we might get an opportunity that last a brief moment and we need to seize it and go for it. Planting those seeds while training and seizing every opportunity available when I grapple will be what I work on.
