DISCOVER A WAY
TO CLOSE THE GAPS IN
THAT OFTEN LEAD TO
POOR PERFORMANCE ON THE MAT
(If you so choose to use it)
Every day, I think about how I can improve on the mat.
There’s a lot of variables that go into it.
Technique and mindset play a massive role. An often neglected aspect though is also nutrition. What you eat can have an incredible effect. And I’m no nutritionist (nor do I have any desire to become one), so I cheat as much as I possible can by getting outside assistance.
At my age, a part of that assistance includes supplements.
But I faced a problem that many faced when they start considering additional ways to give their body the nutrition it needs to perform better. I didn’t know what to take and I didn’t want to experiment too much. The supplement market is also colossal, and within it, there are quite a few bad actors (it’s one of the reasons why supplements tend to have such a bad rap).
About a year ago though, I discovered a company that not uses the highest grade of ingredients possible (that’s no simple claim either, I did research into it and tracked down the exact company they source their ingredients from) but also has a free assessment that easily outlines exactly what nutrients would benefit you and why you benefit from taking them.
It can be found here (if you so choose to use it):
