Within the next few months, there is a short list of tournaments that I really want to win. So I’ve been focused on two things in order to succeed. First of all, preparing myself mentally and physically so that I can perform to the best of my ability, and secondly, just physically getting to the tournaments.
The first item on the list was the Europeans. It was a great opportunity to finally get there for the first time, but I didn’t achieve what I wanted to achieve. I brought home no gold medals, but the bronze and silver were a step in the right direction.
The experience motivated me to put more thought and effort into my training and preparation. Now the focus is on the challenges yet to come. So here is the rest of the list:
